Watching her walk away for a second time... nearly destroyed me.

But it was nothing less than I deserved from the things I put her through.

I should have let her go. I’d already caused Emmie enough pain to last a lifetime. But I’m a masochist.

Her pain is my pain.
And she’s mine.

Whether she likes it or not.

She’s my wife.

And the sooner she understands that she belongs by my side, the better.

Till death do us part...
I’m not letting her go.

Nothing she can do will convince me that we’re not made for one another.

We might be toxic. Combustible. A match made in hell.

But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

And together.

We will reign.

BOOK REVIEW

Deviant Reign starts with a bang, continuing on from the events at the end of the fifth book in the Knight’s Ridge Empire series, Deviant Princess. This is the third and final book in Emmie and Theo’s Deviant trilogy, and the sixth book in the overall series.

Like all of the Knight’s Ridge Empire series, this book has some content warnings that readers need to be aware of going into it. It is not for everyone, and neither is this series as a whole. So, if you tend to avoid books with mature themes and content that may make you uncomfortable, I suggest skipping this book. If you’ve read and loved Tracy Lorraine’s other books, however, you will no doubt love this one.

Well-written, fast-paced, dark, intense, and engrossing, Deviant Reign provides a great roundup to what has been an epic romance trilogy. Theo and Emmie have amazing chemistry together and the push-pull, love-hate tension keeps readers on their toes and reading long into the night to discover what could possibly happen next for them.

With two strong independent leads and plenty of interpersonal conflicts between them, this was a fun one to read. Steamy, with a no-holds barred kind of vibe, Deviant Reign packs a good punch, and leads us toward the next one in line, all at the same time. The ending did feel a little rushed, but I still enjoyed the story, and I’m still looking forward to the next one.
