First Look at Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the new Quentin Tarantino film, is still currently filming. However, we got our first look at Margot Robbie as late actress Sharon Tate. Tate, the actress-wife of famed Hollywood director Roman Polanski, was killed in 1969 during the Charles Manson murder spree. And while the murders are not the focus of the film, it will give audiences a glimpse into the time period when it releases next July.
Robbie stars alongside Leonardo DiCaprio who plays Rick Dalton, a former western TV star, and Brad Pitt who plays Cliff Booth, Dalton’s longtime stunt double. The film is said to take place in 1969 during “hippie Hollywood” with DiCaprio’s character living next door to actress Sharon Tate.
Other cast members include Burt Reynolds, Timothy Olyphant, Kurt Russell, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth, Al Pacino, Luke Perry, Damian Lewis, Emile Hirsch, and Dakota Fanning. Producers for the film are Tarantino, David Heyman, of the Harry Potter franchise, and Shannon McIntosh who also worked with Tarantino on The Hateful Eight.
