Tangled Up In Tinsel is a fast-paced, well-written contemporary romance with strong, realistic characters that draw readers in right from the start. The connection and intrigue between the two lead characters, Parker Kincade and Gabriella Montani, is evident from their first meeting and only deepens the more time they spend with each other.

Parker is stressed about getting his new restaurant renovated and done in time for his brother’s upcoming wedding reception. Gabi is smart, capable, and fully willing to go after what she wants and to pitch in when she sees something that needs done. She wants a job as Parker’s new restaurant chef and she’s willing to work hard to get it.

Honestly, I really liked Parker and Gabi a lot. They had excellent chemistry and they were the perfect mix of playful, serious, and honest. Easy to like, easy to relate to, and easy to enjoy reading about, for sure.

An entertaining and engaging story, Tangled Up In Tinsel feels wholly natural and the scenes and writing flow so well the pages fly by. Definitely a book contemporary romance fans won’t want to miss.

He lifted her fingers and kissed them.

“So we’re on the same page?” she asked. “One night. A good time. Then tomorrow it’s back to business?”

“Definitely.” His hand on her waist slipped a little lower and lust darkened his eyes. “One night only.”

“Right here?” she asked.

“Right now.”

She slid her hand up his sleeve and enjoyed the warm, thick muscle beneath the soft fabric. “Then shut up and kiss me, Parker.”
