HAPPY WORLD BOOK DAY!

In honor of #worldbookday, I thought I would share a couple of books I purchased this morning. The first one, I’ve heard a lot about and since I’ve always loved and enjoyed books by Carly Phillips, I decided to get it. The book? Faking it. The second book, Sinfully Mine, by Kendall Ryan, is a book I hadn’t heard of but the cover and title caught my eye while browsing on Amazon, so much so I read the blurb and the Amazon teaser and then found it impossible not to one-click the book.

For #worldbookday, I decided to go with two self-published titles, both by authors I’m familiar with and whose work I know I will enjoy.

Why I One-Clicked: I love stories that start out with confirmed bachelors and another favorite is the pretend/fake relationship trope. The stories are always fun and Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde are too good of a combination to pass up. I’ve loved them both since their Harlequin writing days and continue to enjoy their work now.
