If you’ve read the blog for a while, you will have noticed that I am a huge fan of Naima Simone. I was lucky enough to meet her a year or so ago and she is just as lovely and as real in person as she is online. She is one of the kindest, most genuine people I have ever met, and incredibly funny, too. Her books often reflect these aspects of her personality, which is one of my favorite things about reading her work.
